Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original Creed shipment box, ensuring the fragrance bottle is secure and the complimentary samples are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
